  • The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) selected ImMRsiv™ through the Innovative Solutions Canada program to provide cutting-edge Mixed Reality Flight Simulation Training Devices (MR FSTD) for trial applications at 3 Canadian Forces Flight Training School (3 CFFTS).

    In alignment with the RCAF’s Training Modernization Strategy and the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program, ImMRsiv™ designed, developed, and delivered an MR FSTD representing the Grob G120A within an ambitious six-month timeline.

    Initial trials demonstrated promising results, showcasing the potential for integrating mixed reality technology into the RCAF's advanced training systems. The Grob G120A MR FSTD continues to play a key role in studies supporting the RCAF’s Future Air Force Training System (FAFTS) initiative.   • Genesis Flight College (GFC) has integrated ImMRsiv into its Cadet Program in collaboration with Flair Airlines, achieving unprecedented training efficiency and outcomes.

    • Preparing Airline-Ready Pilots:
      ImMRsiv equips cadets with the equivalent of 1,000 hours of flight training and experience—a 5x increase compared to traditional programs—while remaining within the timeframe and cost of a standard 200-hour program.

    • Direct Path to Airline First Officers:
      Graduates of the Cadet Program are fully prepared to transition directly into the right seat of the Boeing 737 Max, a testament to ImMRsiv™ ability to develop pilots with superior skills and confidence.

Collaboration with Transport Canada

ImMRsiv™ is also at the forefront of regulatory innovation, thanks to a groundbreaking pilot project with Transport Canada:

  • In December 2022, an agreement was signed with Transport Canada to certify ImMRsiv™ as the first Mixed Reality FSTD for commercial use in Canada. Certification is scheduled for completion in 2025.
